1. PCOD Superpowder & Amla Powder: 1 spoon of tea is to be boiled in 200ml of water and take 100 ml with ½ spoon of Amla powder once in the morning and once in the evening before food. 

2. Snana Choorna: Use this instead of soap to wash the discolored areas caused due to PCOD.
