Your Prakriti diagnosis is V P-K tie
THE THREE DOSHAS: VATA | PITTA | KAPHA
There are three doshas in Ayurveda: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The doshas describe the physical and psychological body state. The doshas are made up of the structural elements of the universe; WATER, AIR, FIRE, EARTH AND ETHER. Air and Space combine to make Vata, Fire and Water combine to make Pitta, Water and Earth combine to make Kapha.
Each dosha is expressed with physical and psychological characteristics. As a very basic example, Vata is represented by movement so a racing mind is a Vata quality. Pitta is represented by fire so heartburn represents a Pitta imbalance. Kapha is represented by Earth so a mothering nature is a kapha quality. See, both simple and complex!
UNDERSTANDING YOUR RESULTS:
According to Ayurveda, the universe is divided into 5 structural elements: SPACE, AIR, FIRE, WATER AND EARTH These 5 structural elements make up the 3 doshas: VATA, PITTA + KAPHA.
All 3 doshas are present in every cell, tissue and organ. However, Ayurveda defines us by our two most prominent doshas, know as our PRAKRITI. So even though we are all a combination of all the three doshas, our Prakriti is our two most prominent, in order of most prominent to least prominent. For example, the Prakriti VP indicates a person who is mostly Vata, secondly Pitta and lastly Kapha.
It is extremely valuable for you to have an understanding of ALL THREE doshas because everyone is working with all three in their own unique way. If you have a tie result in the quiz, this means you are working with those two doshas equally. It may be that one is more prevalent in your physical characteristics, and one more prevalent in your psychological characteristics.
